I ordered an item for my husband that was supposed to be from a well-known brand, but it turned out to be a fake. The item was too small and poorly made. I tried to get a full refund but was given multiple options that didn't work. Eventually, I settled for half my money back while keeping items that don't fit. This is clearly false advertising, and I won't be ordering from here again.
