Signed up for zip car, immediately realized they no longer have cars in my city (although they are still on google maps). Tried cancelling (within 5 minutes of signing up) and was refused a refund. The representative I spoke with on the phone said they would call me back. That was a lie. Just to get me off the phone. Really poor customer service.
