Zipcar charged me $50 for returning a car 14 minutes late. I was driving alone on 95 and had no way to safely stop to extend my trip. Customer service just puts you in hold I tim the call drops. Cars smell completely of pot and I find empty liquor bottles in them. Terrible way to run a business that was built in a good idea. Can’t imagine how poorly they would respond in an emergency. I will cancel and try another service. No o
