I am disabled, i have been using zipcar for the last few months as my vehicle is off road. Up and till around 16th December my Zipcar experience was pretty good. The morning oft the 16th during a telephone conversation with Customer Services, without provocation or discussion they decided to suspend my account, and that i will be getting an email to explain next steps. Its been 10 days, and no email, I have rang numerous times to escalate complaint, still no response. I am reliant on a car, using uber during this period has meant excessive costs, one that i couldnt afford
