I signed up to Zipcar for a van to help with a flat move in London. The night before - with 4 hours notice - I got an email telling me that the booking was cancelled and that there were no alternatives available. Talk about hollow service! As a result I had to use Hertz who were more expensive, but their reliability was appreciated. When I reached out to Zipcar customer services all I have had back was radio silence. In sum: an utterly rubbish product with shamefully lame customer services. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
