1. Expensive 2.location pick up - Went to pick up my car and it wasn’t in the location. I had to call twice to find where the car was. It was blocks away, parked on a random street, not a Zipcar location. I asked why can’t the app update in real time. It doesn’t have the ability to actually tell you where the car is. A major flag. 3. Service - had to ask to extend my hours bc it was over 30 mins to talk to someone, locate, and go there (added cost and time for me$ and they didn’t offer I had to ask4. Credit - I asked to apply a credit bc I’m late, it’s inefficient and they said they would but didn’t apply it5. Total charge- it took me over 30 mins to find the car, with the added 30 mins a service provider put on, I had to talk to them, and find the car. Looking at my total bill I was billed $50 late, and and added $21 hst NOT disclosed in the upfront costs. Overall a horrible model that gouges its members and there are zero member benefits. Gas is not a bonus. Common. Set a reasonable price and let ppl fill base on use.
