Customer Service was horrible. They were rude in billing and in customer service department. Had issues with cars. Overage charged over several occasion. Will be filing a report with Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office regarding the charges on the account since I tried to resolve issue. 2x! On the phone 5 hours on one occasions ( rudely hanging up) The next day 2 hours ( same experience) Had a car accident had been renting from ZipCar for 2 months. Spent on average $4-5k monthly.
