This company is a total fraud. I paid a $39.00 fee for a one-year subscription using their AI, which is supposed to assist in building webpages. After building my pages, I was quite impressed until the next day when I discovered all the pages had been removed. They emailed me continually, stating my pages were good for three days. Then I was bombarded to "upgrade" after they received my payment! That's not what I paid for. What a sham! Not only was I at a loss of $39.00 that could have been put to better use, but also the time invested. When I contacted them, they just gave me the run-around and kept pitching for me to upgrade. I emailed them a request for a refund, which I never received!I contacted my web host, Bluehost, regarding this matter. The agent wasn't able to help with this issue due to it being a 3rd party plug-in in Wordpress. ZIWP should be held accountable for fraudulent and predatory practices! I will pursue action against this company. Buyer beware.
