Tried to temporarily insure my vehicle last week 10/7/25 but couldn't as they didn't recognise the vehicle. I had recently removed private plates so was told this was the reason why and told they update their systems weekly. Tried again today still not finding my vehicle although I've received the new log book from DVLA . Still blaming system update although it was a week since I last tried so if it was updated weekly it would be done by now
