Yesterday on deliveroo I placed an order for 3 pizzas,one vegan for a toddler with soya and dairy allergy and we paid £40.I phoned 3 times the restaurant at Maidstone to ask for a pizza with only tomatoes as there were no info about allergens for cheese.The person on the phone answered : the pizza is already done.Is it normal saying to a customer 'the pizza is already done' if there is an allergic customer!!!I asked to speak to the head chef and requested to know more about the ingredients to see if my son could have that vegan pizza with that cheese.Finally nobody was helpful,we couldn't give the pizza to my son because of lack of info regarding the vegan cheese.They cannot read ingredients and cannot prepare food for allergic people.They just Don't bother.We wrote a complaint to the HO,no answered.We wrote a review on Google and they have hidden all the reviews now.There is anything else to say?The other pizzas were disgusting too.Poor customer service,poor management.Does the staff do a proper training on how deal with allergens?They should really close
