Lost deposit money

I made 100€ deposit to my game account, but it never appeared. So now I don’t have money in my bank account and not in my game account. I contacted them in live chat everyday for one week. Everyday they just told me to wait. On e-mails they are not answering. For them it’s normal that money somehow disappeared in the air! Because bank has confirmed that payment was successfully completed.
