I ordered the Hamsa necklace and when I received it the product was scratched up and had tarnish on it. I emailed customer service asking to return it which they allowed me to do, however, they would not refund me for the stocking fee. When the product was returned, they said that their team just had to polish the necklace and all the scratches were gone therefore they did not feel that they could refund me on the stocking fee. It's poor customer service. Zoe Lev should be more explicit that their jewelry looks pre-worn/scratched so they don't deceive customers. It's absurd I had to lose money on a poor quality product.
