I placed an order but it was out of stock and not stated online. I messaged on WhatsApp and was told I could’ve gotten it in three weeks from my order date… I preferred a refund. It was very frustrating but the team was responsive and updated me when I asked for feedback. I just suggest showing “out of stock” on the website if it isn’t available. I’ll take the risk ordering again in future. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience. 💜
