I placed an order which plainly stated to be a hardcover copy but once the order was paid for and processed they emailed with a download link to an ebook! I emailed them and explained this and that it was a gift a my mum for Christmas and that an ebook was completely useless they have made no attempt to rectify the problem! They only emailed back after several emails including screenshot of the page which stated it was a hardback format and asking for either a physical copy or refund, to which they refused either! So I am out of pocket and presentless for my mum! AVOID!!!
