Uninformed Penalty, Harassment & Fire Safety Negligence at Platinum City

I am writing to raise a serious formal complaint regarding the repeated harassment, unauthorized charges, and complete negligence in handling fire safety at Platinum City.Uninformed Penalty of INR 590:An amount of INR 590 was levied on me as a “penalty” without any prior notice, warning, or opportunity to rectify the situation. This is completely unacceptable. If I had been informed, I would have removed the clothes immediately. Charging tenants without any communication is nothing short of harassment.Life-Threatening Fire Incidents:In Flat 207, a fire broke out due to short circuit, forcing us to shift to Flat 206 on short notice.In Flat 206, another short circuit occurred, burning the induction, which had to be replaced from another apartment.During the fire in 207, there were no fire extinguishers, alarms, or emergency assistance available. Water was leaking from the fridge because it defrosted near and it was a near-death situation. The HK team even suggested that we continue to sleep in that hazardous condition.Despite experiencing two life-threatening incidents in a single month, no official resolution, investigation, or safety assurance has been provided by Zolo.Electricity Overcharging & Harassment by Manager (Hritik Maurya):Last week, we were wrongly charged ~INR 1,950 around per person for electricity. Only after raising a ticket, the charges were corrected to INR 889. This clearly shows intentional overcharging.When I raised concerns about repeated mismanagement, Manager Mr. Hritik Maurya screamed at me instead of providing clarification, stating he is “not responsible” for fire or short circuits. This behavior is highly unprofessional. It is evident that after this argument, he was looking for an opportunity to retaliate, which is why this baseless penalty has now been added.Pattern of Negligence & Harassment:This is not the first time issues have been mishandled. However, under previous management (Mr. Ajay), issues were at least addressed with accountability. Under Mr. Hritik Maurya’s management, the approach has been of intimidation, overcharging, and deliberate harassment and I had raised tickets regarding his behaviour since day 1 of his interaction with us, to which he told he receives all the tickets and he will close it and there's no point of me raising any tickets because the management doesn't take actions. My Demands:Immediate reversal of the INR 590 penalty.An official explanation for repeated overcharging and incorrect bills.Accountability for the two fire incidents and clarification on why no fire safety equipment or protocols are in place.Presence of Mr. Hritik Maurya, Mr. Shashank (Cluster Manager), and the caretaker in a one-on-one discussion to resolve these issues and discuss compensation for the risks and harassment caused because I'll call the Ladies Helpline against all the mental, physical and life-threatening incidents that have happened with me and my roommates in the past few days if I do not receive a resolution by tomorrow. Notice of Further Action:If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution and written response by tomorrow EOD, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to:The Fire Safety Department of Bangalore (for negligence of mandatory fire equipment).Bangalore City Police (for harassment, fraud, and intentional overcharging).I also have screenshots as proof where the electricity bill was shown as INR 1900+ and later changed to INR 889 after dispute, clearly showing manipulation and I have videos of the fans burning and the CCTV footages of that day reveal how we were running in the corridors for help and nobody from Zolo showed up until we started screaming and banging on their door. The Caretaker was drunk and not in a position to help, me, Alina, Suneha and other HK people present on the spot along with Platinum City security are proof. I urge Zolo to treat this with the seriousness it deserves before this is escalated legally.
