I ordered a Realme Bud Classic, which is a 3.5 mm headset for my phone but they sent me a Realme Buds 3 which is USB-C. I opened the courier package and immediately understood the wrong product was sent and so did not open the product and left it in sealed box and contacted Zoneofdeals through whatsapp and wanted to return this for the headset that I ordered, but they asked for video proof for opening the courier box.
Wrong product dispatched the video of opening is needed for returning their mistake. good job.
It was just a small amount headset that I ordered so I am safe. Be careful when ordered expensive product in this website, you may have to pay for their mistake.
