★☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional, Unresponsive & Rude – Serious Safety Issue MishandledI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Zone Property Management has left me no choice.I initially received a notice about urgent electrical and fire safety checks at my property, and I fully understood the importance. After receiving multiple chasers, I arranged an appointment, but had to cancel on the day due to unavoidable work commitments—for which I was sincerely apologetic.Since then, I have made three follow-up emails and four phone calls to reschedule the inspection—all completely ignored. It’s unacceptable, especially for a matter involving health and safety risks.When I finally did get a reply, it was from someone named Uyi, who was shockingly rude and unhelpful—a completely unprofessional response after I had been chasing them for weeks.No resident should have to fight this hard to ensure basic safety checks are carried out, especially when they’ve shown willingness to cooperate.Zone Property Management needs to retrain their staff in basic communication and courtesy—and start treating resident safety with the urgency and respect it deserves.
