I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Zong’s customer care team. I recently encountered an issue and reached out for assistance, but the experience was frustrating and unhelpful.The representatives I spoke with lacked professionalism and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. Despite explaining my problem multiple times, I was either given vague responses or my queries were outright dismissed. It felt as though their primary goal was to end the call as quickly as possible rather than actually helping customers.To make matters worse, follow-ups were nonexistent. Even after raising a complaint, I did not receive any updates or resolution. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a service provider that claims to value its customers.Zong seriously needs to improve its customer care services, train its staff better, and prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and make the necessary changes, as this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.
