A misread term about auto-renewal caused a charge to appear on my Visa recently. I contacted the company and was impressed at how reasonable they were in helping to resolve the matter. In the end, they did the right thing and refunded the annual fee of $120 without issue. My advice to you...if you want to be treated fairly, be kind and respectful in the process. There are good people everywhere you go and they are human..just like you. It’s nice to know that you stand behind your word when it comes to not only the level of communication and service you provide to your customers but that you have their back as evidenced here; a rare quality in business today. Continued success…you have instilled my faith that there still are some very honest companies out there that are truly client centered.
