The idea of this website I love. However, using it, for me, was not user friendly. Too frustrating! Also, I would be sent interesting topics via text, which was awesome! However, I could never access the topics sent to me via the links sent in the text messages. Instead of taking me directly to the topic mentioned, the links always took me to the homepage. Then I was on my own to seek it out. I never found a single one of the topics I follow links for!Also, the teasers that play at the top of the home screen when I login cannot be scrolled through on my own to get back to the ones I want to watch. It is too much hassle trying to use this website. It seems like this website is designed for scatterbrained viewing, like getting stuck in Facebook or Instagram or YouTube, where you are expected to follow one whim after another, instead of using your brain to logically figure out and plan what you want to watch.If you change the format, let me know. Otherwise, I am gone from here. Life is too important to waste my time and get frustrated using a site I purchased access to for improving my life.I hope Zonia reads and takes note of this feedback. They could be great!
