It’s like they forgot to add the buttons! I click “redeem” and it takes me to the redemption page. It shows that I’m verified and displays my total redeemable balance, so it’s not an issue with meeting the requirements. But right under that, it says, “Please ensure you have 100 Redeemable SC. There is a minimum redemption of 100 Sweeps Coins. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.” That’s all it shows.The only option is to contact support via email., which I did yesterday morning. I received a confirmation email saying my request was submitted, but it’s been more than 24 hours, and I haven’t received any help yet.Just so you know, I tried accessing the redemption screen from multiple devices: my phone (using Safari and Chrome), a Mac (Safari and Chrome), and a Windows computer (Edge and Chrome). It’s definitely an issue on their end, not with my phone or browser.There is a FAQ page that says "How do I redeem my sweepstakes entries?"Sweepstakes entries can be redeemed for chances to win real prizes. Follow the instructions on our website to enter sweepstakes and redeem your entries. So how are we supposed to do that again if there isnt any option once you are in the redeem screen?
