2nd Edit: the redemption was successful and deposited straight into my bank account within a few daysEdit: received an email from support saying I can now redeem. Went to the site and it finally let me submit the request. I will update to 5 stars once the request goes through successfully (assuming it doesn’t take a ridiculous amount of time to do so)Won about $200 in “redeemable SC”, submitted all my verification documents, got 100% verified, etc. but now I can’t redeem my winnings. The redemption page says “please ensure you have at least $100SC redeemable to make a redemption.” I do. The very same page says so. I emailed support 12+ hours ago with no response. Very shady experience for a new social casino. There’s not even a built in support feature on the website.
