The good: I received the item and on timeTha bad: Just after I placed the order I noticed that I mistyped my house number and (instead of 55 I typed 5t), and I sent an email to the store informing them (just 2 minutes after the order). I never received a reply, the package was sent overseas with the wrong address. I send a reminder and, once again, no reply. Finally, the delivery guy happened to remember my name and brought the package to the correct number.I give 2 stars because although I received the item, the customer support is non existent. I am lucky I had no other issue cause I now know I wouldn't be able to reach them easily. This is my fair review.EDIT: After you replied I am editing my rating from 2 stars to 3 because It matters to me that you put an effort to reply in the way you did and not try to discredit my (honest) review.
