On the 5th of October 2022 i Purchased from this lot a pair of Stone Island shorts and a Stone Island hoodie both was too small so contacted them they then gave me a return label which I sent the items back straight away via UPSIt is now the 14th of January 2023 and still not refund I message them every couple of days and get the reply and I quote [04/01, 10:42] +44 7843 897501: Hello From Zoofashions.comUnfortunately UPS are still working on the case.As stated before we will provide further details once UPS provide feedback.There is no time limit on these casesAs stated before we will provide the information once given.We understand this is a long process and we apologise for this.Honestly this is the same kind of responses I have been getting every week from this shower AVOID AVOID AVOID I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this lot 😕
