Ordered a cat house in December but I cancelled it before dispatch. The website said my money would be refunded to my original payment method but it never was. And there is no way to contact them on the website! There is no email. All the contact options on the website don't apply to my situation. Please can someone from this company get in touch with me and refund my money!
