I have made to orders from this company. The first for a few ceramic heating bulbs that was shipped quickly. The second for 2 thermostats. The second order was urgent so I paid for e press shipping. The order did not arrive and on the account had not been shipped. I asked for an update to be told the items were out of stock. I explained they were urgent and asked could they make a substitute. Yes if I pay more. I e planned that was unreasonable as the delay was theirs. I got the same answer. I asked for a refund of the express deliver as a token of good will. I was told no. I am still waiting for the answer and because their customer assistant was so rude and unhelpful I left a negative Google review…. And they responded saying we checked your account and we shipped your order and it was delivered. Giving dates and referring to the original order. In other words inferring I was a liar. This truly upset me because I’ve been nothing but honest and reasonable. So since I can not respond on Google and they are falsely stating that they have delivered I decided to leave a negative review also here. I am sure they will reply and if they do I hope this time they are honest. All I asked for in the end was good will and not to pay additional charges for fast delivery of a product that will now arrive over a month late. If companies trained staff to be honest and that the customer is always right …. As has been the basis of service for generations! Then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I will wait and see if they now chose to resolve the issue or if I need to find further opportunities to express my dissatisfaction.
