The worst company in the world!!!We had a quite terrible experience with Zoomalia. We made a huge order in total amount 710€+40€ delivery. When 2 cages arrived we decided to return one as they turned out to be very big. One cage we decided to leave and one stayed in original packaging. And from this point started HELL. All phone calls to this company costs money and moreover it is comitely impossible to get through. Finally, when we very so lucky and they answered, Zoomalia's answer was" if you want to return one cage do it yourself, we can't help you"!!! So, for future costumers "Be ready to return goods back can cost you a huge money!!!" Of course it is said on their website, that there is a refund fee, we knew that. But we also thought the store was helping with returns, not just saying "Look for any delivery service and send the goods yourself"! For example Amazon always helps to organize returns. And Zoomalia said "Decide for yourself how to deal with that". It took us a whole month to solve this problem. We wrote on different messagers and tried to phone to Zoomalia every day to ask for their help to make a return of the cage and in vain. In all delivery services price for returning of 1 cage for us was 50 - 55€. Then we again phoned to Zoomalia and asked"Why for delivery of 2 cages from the shop to our house we paid 40€ and now to return 1 cage price is 55€ ". Answer was"Because we are a shop and have a deal with delivery all the time, that is why all price for us cheaper". Then, our reasonable question was "Then if it is cheaper for you, please help us to organize returning of this 1 cage at least at the same money 40€". (though to deliver to us from their shop 2 cages we paid 40€, now we asked company the same price to return only 1 cage!!!) Finally they answered"We will ask delivery services, wait an answer from us". Now, the most interesting moment-they gave us an answer in 1 week, "they made special price 55€" ! To say that we were surprised is nothing to say I phoned Zoomalia again and begged for a discount, so that the return price was 40€ and not 55€. I said "Please, I beg you very much, make a discount of 15 €, we have ordered goods from you in the amount of 710 €. Of course, we return a cage, but it's in its original packaging so you can sell it again without losing anything. One cage we bought cost 350€. Finally this shop made us such a "huge discount 15€"!!! In the end, that would return 1 cage back to the store, it took us a whole month of stress, a lot of money to call and chatting with the store. My opinion, with such a large order, the store that cares about their customers could have just offered to pick up the cage for free, or at least try to help with the return. I think the 15€ discount they gave us, they can not forgive themselves. Be prepared in case you have opened the order and you do not like it and you throw the original packaging away, to lose 40% of the product price + you will also pay for the return. So do not contact Zoomalia, they have only disadvantages: zero service, in case of any questions, all calls are paid, you do not really get through, on the line you wait 25 minutes, while waiting they charge money, refunds are paid, and you have to do everything yourself. If you do not want problems, order where the stores value their customers and help them! Zoomalia is definitely not targeting customers. All they want is to take as much money from you as possible and make you worry.
