They are a scam.I have bought an item in a bulk promotion, 24 units of the same item gets a special price. They delivered only 23 and now refuse to reimburse me the 1 item missing for the amount I've bought. Zoomalia refuses to send me the missing item and says they will reimburse an amount smaller than what I paid, because it is no longer a bulk deal - which is their entirely fault!
