I was in a flat panic after paying for a very expensive Antarctica expedition cruise for my 60th birthday, then finding out I had to get a form filled in to say I was fit enough and that my Dr didn't do them. The cruise companys fit to cruise Option was in my opinion, over priced and so were a lot of options I found on Google. Then I found ZoomDoc, I read their site and they did fit to cruise Antarctica, but I needed more than the generic letter and certificate, I was also worried about just filling a form out and sending money without actually speaking to a person to confirm they would fill out the cruise companys form, so I called the number, I spoke to 2 different people, both lovely and friendly and talked my through what I had to do my end, they were patient with me also, so once I had worked out how to upload and download all they needed, I felt safe parting with my money, and the price was excellent, I am very greatful to the lovely people I delt with for putting my mind at rest with this process.
