The inconsistency in directions provided by their support team and the complications that arise when not using LegalZoom as the registered agent has made the whole process a nightmare. Despite being warned beforehand, I did not expect the level of difficulty I encountered. I strongly advise against using LegalZoom if you are not opting for them as your registered agent.
