I am ordering from Zooplus.bg every month and spend at least 200 bg leva! Great choice of products for your pet! MY COMPLAINT IS: they NEVER RESPECTED MY REQUEST to be able to choose the courier company I LIKE! They always choose what is convenient for them and the last new,unknown courier who delivered the package was very rude and disrespectful! He also made ridiculous comment that the popular Speedy does n`t exist anymore!?!?!?!?!?!? ZOOPLUS.BG, YOU FINALLY MUST INCLUDE AS an OPTION the CUSTOMER TO CHOOSE THE PREFERRED COURIER!!!!!!!!! I sent many emails with this question and always the answers were everything else but NOT HELPFUL!!!!!!!Few times when there was a coupon for a gift,gift was n t sent ,even not a replacement!
