This is a lie. They ship from an undisclosed location abroad, adding weeks to the delivery timeline.However, the true consumer abuse begins with their choice of last-mile carrier: ACS. Zooplus, in its infinite wisdom, has partnered with the single worst courier in Greece, and you are given zero say in the matter. What followed was a textbook ACS disaster: phantom delivery attempts, a tracking page that is a monument to vagueness, and absolute zero customer service when calls go unanswered.After two weeks of the package being "in Greece," it never arrived. I have cancelled the order. This marks the second time I have been subjected to this exact, pathetic sequence of failures. The combination of Zooplus's deceptive practices and their alliance with a notoriously terrible carrier makes them completely unworthy of your business. They are an utter disgrace.
