Disappointing delivery experience overall

The delivery service has been quite inadequate. I've ordered food for my pet over the past year, and there have been consistent delays, often with damaged boxes. I contacted customer support but saw no improvement. My last order was supposed to arrive before Christmas but ended up lost. The only feedback from customer service was to keep waiting or to reorder, which means even more delays. I've decided to switch to another provider for my pet's food.

After 8+ years, I won't be returning

For over 8 years, I've used this service for various pet supplies across two countries. While the product selection is good, delivery is extremely slow and often unreliable. Items are poorly packed, leading to damage in transit. Customer support is non-existent, and they offer minimal compensation for significant delays. I won't be ordering from them again and will seek better options.

The worst experience ever

I ordered on December 12th, and now it's December 19th with no tracking available. I requested a refund, but they claim the parcel is in transit, though they can't provide any details. I have no patience left, and my pets are suffering due to this delay. Luckily, I ordered a backup from another store that arrived quickly.

Very slow delivery service

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service for orders in Ireland. While the prices and variety are great, the delivery is extremely slow, and the tracking is confusing. I ordered cat food on December 1st, and as of December 12th, I still have no updates apart from that it was dispatched on December 4th. I used to be a loyal customer, but the delays are unacceptable.

The delivery service is extremely unreliable

Their shipping provider is terrible. It takes weeks for deliveries, and I often have to follow up. I spent an hour on the phone trying to locate my last package before it was finally delivered. This time, I've been waiting for weeks, and it's still not even in my country. Yet, they claim delivery takes 3-6 days. I wish that were true!
