Poor quality out of the NJ plant. No pride in their work, especially the bindery department. Job done three times and still couldn't fold it correctly. Very obvious mis-fold. Platinum customer and free shipping is no longer available to us from across the river.Most customer service people are rude when you question their answers, its a take it or leave it attitude. Proof notices don't have the links they say to follow for the proof, no job numbers either. Been that way for MONTHS and MONTHS. Nobody cares.Owners should have stayed in the NFL.
