I ordered a wireless charger from zop.in, and after receiving it, I found that it does not work at all. The product quality is extremely poor. It feels like a ₹150 product being sold for ₹1999.There is no proper return option available, no customer support, and no one to address the issue. I tried contacting their customer care, but there was absolutely no response from their side.I received a coupon for this purchase through Google Pay, but the overall experience has been very disappointing and frustrating.I would strongly recommend that no one buy products from this website. It was a very bad experience.
