I placed an order for chocolates on zop.in after receiving a reward directly through Google Pay, which led me to believe the site was trustworthy. Trusting that Google Pay would not promote rewards for fraudulent websites, I used the discounted coupon to place the order. For over two weeks, the shipment status showed as delayed and is now marked as cancelled. The support contact number listed on the website does not exist, and although WhatsApp messages are being read, there has been no response. Initially, they claimed the order would be delivered this week, but after I shared a screenshot showing the cancellation on the tracking site, they stopped responding entirely. Based on this experience and additional complaints I’ve since come across, I strongly doubt that I will receive either the product or a refund.
