Absolutely appalling customer services, rubbish communicators and even their complaints team can’t understand or follow clear explanations 5 phone calls to try to speak to someone and 3 explanations and then the joke is on me about their mislabelling of the term primary! Hey ho. Don’t bother contacting them they just want your money! No one listens!?!
