Using the credit card itself is fine, the app is self explanatory. The only issue is that sometimes the pay date doesn't get flagged which results in missed payments which obviously means I incur charges and it affects my credit score which is quite annoying.The live chat function is shocking. I got kicked out 3 times for 'inactivity' despite waiting for them to reply to me. It is quite frustrating.
