Zopa reported all interest earned in ISA account as taxable to HMRC. They sent letter that I owe tax for last year due to interest. I was surprised, but I could suspect that from my Zopa ISA since I don't have other interest earned. The worst is that I didnt receive any information from Zopa previously about this error, so we know what happened! Only after I cotacted and asked them about, they admitted it is their mistake. They wrongly reported all ISA interests to HMRC as taxable. Mistakes can happen, but Zopa, at least, should inform customers, but they kept silient.
