Assistant on the phone was very understanding and compassionate, of my need for a small emergency loan, which would ironically enable my partner to return home and pay me back various owings by bank transfer. This was the reason why my Credit score had alightly decreased, ie due to money I'd lent my partner while he was working on a project away from home. The superiors of the Assistant did not want to hear any of it.Not happy with the service as I have been a customer for some time now.Will not use Zopa for anything else in future.
