Zopa seem to have their own version of T&Cs which they don't share with you.For the 3rd month in a row, they have applied to take my direct debit a full TEN days before the due date. This then triggers a £12 fee as I set up the direct debit date for a reason (first Monday of each month).This is the only company I know who tries to take the money ten days before the actual debit date. A nice little scam.Really unhappy.
