Had savings for a couple of years. Slightly annoyed about the fact I was unable to transfer out my easy access ISA because apparently it's tied to the fixed term one, and obv don't want to transfer that, and have to pay penalties. However, have recently opened bank account (easy) to access better savings rates, and have used the ISA money to pay large bills (rather than use savings on better rates). App is easy to use.
