Absolutely abysmal customer service. After having a credit card with this company (now settled and closed) they have made a mistake on my credit file which is now affecting my credit score. I genuinely owe NOTHING to this company yet they are showing false report on my credit file.. I have been contacting customer service for around 14 months and they're ignoring all my emails and haven't made any effort into fixing their mistake on my credit report.. I've had citizens advice involved and TransUnion who have now both advised me to go to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which is just more time taken and stress that I don't need in my life.Zopa have shown their true colours, happy to sign you up and make money off you, but when they need to actually take some accountability they just ghost you. Very unprofessional. Would avoid.
