I tried to raise a s75 dispute which was met with an offensive email followed by a request for information/documentation to evidence the fault which I was only given 5 working days to send back before receiving an abrupt sudden email stating that my case had been closed. No warning email was sent prior to give me an opportunity of reply to let them know I was undergoing a surgical procedure during that week. I have been absolutely appauled with their very levels of poor customer care & support (non-existant) which I have never experienced in the past with any other debit or credit card disputes teams.
