Sunday I received an email to say my account would be being closed due to an investigation I had no previous communication regarding an investigation within minutes I had no access to my account or money. My monthly money was due in the account hours later they claim they don't have it yet the payments haven't been returned I've spoken to several support agents of which I'm being given contradicting answers and being sent in circles I'm now missing over £1700 which I need to pay my bills and run my household including my 2 children. I filed a complaint and was told I had no grounds to complain absolute joke Update: DM told me to call them I've spent 2 days on the phone being fobbed off and sent in circles... Just give me my money Update: after 3 days, speaking to the manager twice and many other people in between someone called Jack who is a customer service representative on the chat managed to find my money and request it get sent to alternative bank account after everybody else claimed the money wasn't in so if you need help I hope you get jack
