Very concerning to have card frozen while abroad with zero reason given and no way of unlocking it in the APP. Luckily I had a back-up card or i'd have been in serious trouble. Spoke to customer service this morning and told (yeah we froze a lot of accounts due to a data breech and your account is fine) - they are sending a new card...Very tempted to throw this card in the bin and close the account and stick with my main provider.To note - was asked if I wanted to make a complaint (after we sorted a new card and i'd explained situation) then asked what about?? ha ha astonishingThanks
