Customer service was terribleI dealt with someone on the web chat then someone over the phone and the inforamtion given by the operators were contradicting and they both gave me different information. I missed payments on my car finance and was told that my account would default if I made a promise to pay then called up and was advised my account wouldn't default if I made a promise to pay, so i made a complaint and they said they never upheld my compliant although the information I received from complaints team didn't even have my full complaint and what my complaint was about they also had information in my complaint which i wasn't complaining about So I would always make sure your are given the correct information by their employees.I have now had had to escalate this complaint to the financial ombudsman as i am not sure how many times there staff have given out contradicting information or false information
