They are utterly hopeless. What should be a simple task, switching nominated bank account from one bank to another as I've closed the original account, is turning out for them to be unachievable. They want a pdf or a jpg of a bank statement dated within the last 3 months. I've sent both, and despite it containing all the information they need they reject it for security reasons without even the smallest indication why do I can try to fix it, so we are stuck in this frustrating doom loop. I called them on Friday, but the team I needed to speak to where busy and were meant to call me back. Still waiting...
