Simple and straightforward to use the loan facility. Have used Zopa for a number of years always paid on time and therefore have never spoken to a human being who works for the company. One annoying thing is the number of unnecessary emails sent to me. If I require something from Zopa I will contact them. They are the same as many other companies in that the emails are so frequent I automatically delete them often without reading the content
