I applied for a credit card to rebuild my credit score. There was no contact or correspondence from Zopa team updating me on my application. Instead Zopa just did a hard search further worsening my credit rating. I wouldn't recommend Zopa to anyone looking to rebuild their credit score. Customer service ain't good as there was no communication towards updating me on my application.
